Returns and Exchanges
New, unworn shoes may be returned within 15 days of purchase. Please call 615-595-5905 or toll free 888-224-3329 for your return authorization. Dyed or worn shoes are not returnable and the soles must be in original condition. Return the shoes in the original box within an outer shipping carton via UPS or insured USPS mail; a $10.00 restocking fee will apply if the original shoebox is damaged. We cannot be responsible for shoes lost during shipment. The purchaser is responsible for all shipping costs for returns and exchanges.
